Hey I was doing a search and found this old interview I did for Radio Van in Armenia. It was myself Neil Playfoot on brewing.

I had completely forgotten about it; so was a nice surprise to find it. You can see it in the video below:

Why Was I on Armenian Radio?

I was on Armenian radio as I used to brew there for a great brewery called Dargett. It was a production brewery making classic European beers.

Armenia is a country that not too many people know too much about and there aren’t too many expats there.

Radio Van has a show every weekend called The Great American Weekend and they have guests on their show. They asked me if I would like to go on and I happily obliged.

It was a great experience and I thought not why not share it here. It has some views by myself Neil Playfoot on brewing.

Well this whole website are to an extent is my views on brewing. I have been a brewer for 25 years and it is a profession I love.

It has allowed me to meet some great people and drink some fabulous beer. People always ask me my favorite beer but it changes all the time depending on my mood.

Right now I kind drinking crisp and easy drinking pilsners. I am trying a few different lagers as my current client is asking me to make an easy drinking lager.

So I guess it is all research at this point!
