Happy holidays is a beer we made for the winter season. It gets cold here in Changsha and big robust dark beer can help warm you up. As well as add festive cheer over the holidays.

This beer is brewed to a classic Baltic porter recipe. It comes in a a heft 8% abv. Made with darker specialty malts not only provides color to the beer. It also leads to a blend of deep malt flavor with dried fruit notes.

There are subdued roasted notes with caramel and toffee coming through too. The beer coats your tongue due to it’s higher alcohol content with hints of coffee in the finish.

It’s been a big hit with drinkers and we’re already planning to bring it back next year with a twist.
