300-Liter Mobile Steam Still for Sale

There’s a 300-liter mobile steam still for sale. It comes on 6 * Fuma wheels, to allow for easy maneuvering of the unit. This unit is steam heated and jacketed. Please see the image below for a front view of the still.

This still is made by one of my trusted equipment manufacturers, and is one of two still currently available. There’s also this 500-liter pot still available too.

The still pot itself, comes with an explosion proof stirring motor. Plus, also has a Ø350 glass manhole, so the operator can see inside during the process. The unit itself is well insulated.

The still column has copper red tubes, one column with 4-bubble trays. Each tray has a bubble cap, it’s own CIP cleaning ball and drain valve. For more technical information on this 300-liter mobile still please see the table below.

The support frame for this still is SU304 fish wave plate and all the copper is red copper and 3mm thick. The spirit outlet is made of SU304, with a glass bell jar.
